There are many ways to practise …
Within spirituality, there are many paths: Christianity with its many flavours, Buddhism, Islam, Sikhism and so on. They all have something to offer and, while I currently study and support the Ecclesia Sophiana, I also have the freedom to practise and learn from other ways.
This page introduces my reflections on the spiritual paths I have encountered and continue to encounter on my journey through life.
There are many parallels between Christianity and Sikhism. Both revere one God (while most Christians see their God as a Trinity!) and both value music in their practices.
Within music, there are many instruments: an organ for church music, a violin for folk or classical music, voice for healing and worship and so on… See here for an instrument which touches both paths
